How can I see my order status?

You can simply log in to your account, and you will be able to see your order status in the "My Orders" section.

What is a delivery estimate?

Our estimated dispatch time is 15 days from the receipt of the order at our end. The delivery time depends upon the delivery location/address. Though general delivery time is maximum 7 days.

For any unexpected delays we keep our customers informed well in advance.

How is my order shipped?

We work with some of the most reliable express cargo delivery services to ship your orders.

How can i get my order delivered faster?  

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

Can i modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have dispatched it, by calling us on ………. or emailing us at anitaamandesigns@gmail.com and we will try to help you out.
Cancellation & Returns

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order on the website by mailing us at "………………". Cancellations will not be possible after this time period Please refer to our cancellation policy.

However, you can always return your purchase – refer to our Returns Policy below.

Can I cancel an order after shipping? 

After the order has been shipped it becomes rather difficult for us to cancel it. We would request you to tell us as early as possible about possible cancellations.

What is your Returns Policy?
You can choose to return your purchase within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, as long as:

  • The product is unused and not modified/altered in any manner
  • The product is not customized
  • The product retains its original tag, packaging and is returned in the same conditions as delivered by AnitaAman.
  • The product you wish to return is not size XXL
  • The product is not a Blouse/Stitched Blouse
  • The product is not dirty & damaged.

Upon receipt of your returned items, you will receive the refund within 3 working days.

How can I return my order?

You can return your order within 7 days from the date of receipt. A credit note for your entire order amount would be issued to you

Simply pack your item back in the box in which it arrived and be sure to include original invoice, tags, and other packaging materials and ship the product back to us on the below address

Will the outfit look exactly the same as I see it on the website?

AnitaAman is a private designer label, and everything from design to production is handled by us in-house. The outfits the model is seen wearing on the website are entirely designed and manufactured by us. Barring minor color variations which differ due to screen resolution from computer to computer, what you see on our site is what you get.

Size/Length Customization

We do not customize or alter our outfits as they are pre-cut. However, most of our outfits can be easily altered as we give ample margins (up to 4 inches).

Authenticity & Quality

What do i do if my order is received in a damaged condition?  

Our apologies in case of such an incident occurs. We request you to please send the picture of the damaged product the same day it has been delivered.

Once confirmed You can return products purchased from AnitaAman within 7 days of receiving the product.

What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?

I have requested a Replacement/Exchange, when will i get it? 

Once we get the confirmation of pickup of product from your address from our courier partner, we will initiate the dispatch of the replacement product from our end. In case of self send, once you share the courier slip with us, we will initiate the dispatch of your exchange product. The entire process will take around 5-9 working days. We will also send an email notification on your registered mail & phone number to keep you posted.

What Happerns What happens to the money deducted from my debit card/credit card net banking for an unsuccessful order? 

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure or in case of an unsuccessful order, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

What should i do if my payments fails? 

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank
